New local post generation and TikTok improvements

- A button to locally generate posts and a tool for managing recent posts.
- Admins can now manage recent posts from the last 7 days with filters.
Improved:
- TikTok image posts now allow descriptions up to 4000 characters.
- You can add a first comment on Facebook and Instagram posts with clear limits.
- Media upload supports both images and videos for more content options.
Fixed:
- TikTok post settings handle duet and stitch options correctly by media type.
